How to submit log files for technical support? |
Question:
I have run XoftSpySE but I'm still having problems. How can I contact technical support?
Solution:
If you are having problems with spyware even after using XoftSpySE then our support team can provide you with personal assistance. To properly assist you one of our technical support agents will need to view your most recent XoftSpySE log file. To contact the support team please follow these steps:
- Ensure you are connected to the Internet
- Open XoftSpySE program
- Click Backup List on the XoftSpySE Menu
- Click Email Log File
- Click on the latest XoftSpySE log (eg. XoftSpyLog 02-11-06 14-49-23)
- If you see a scripts log (eg. scripts-02-11-2006.log) select that also.
- Type in all the details of your issue
- Send the email

Please note:
If you are unable to send an email of your computer logs and details of your problem after going through the steps above, then please do the following:
- Open XoftSpySE program and select Backup List on the left menu.
- Click on the Logs button.
- Right Click on the latest XoftSpySE log and then click Send To > Desktop (create shortcut)
- Log into your regular email account, type in all the details of your problem, attach your XoftSpySE log from your desktop (labeled Shortcut to XoftSpySE log) and send the email to ad.post@gmail.com
