How do I restore my backup files?
Solution:
On the XoftSpySE Menu, click Backup List > select the applicable Quarantine File > then click Restore to bring back the items that were removed and your prior settings should work. Sometimes our software will detect files that are considered spyware and it will use other shared application files to run.
Or alternatively, if you have Windows XP, you can use the Windows XP restore feature. To do this, follow these directions:
Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Restore.
Then click 'Restore my computer from a previous time' and choose a date to restore from and your prior settings should be restored.
