If you have purchased XoftSpySE, to help us better assist you, please send your computer logs to our technical team to analyze and review by doing the following:
- Ensure you are connected to the Internet
- Open XoftSpySE program
- Click Backup List on the XoftSpySE Menu
- Click Email Log File
- Click on the latest XoftSpySE log
- Type in all the details of your issue
- Send the email

Please note:
If you are unable to send an email of your computer logs and details of your problem after going through the steps above, then please do the following:
- Open XoftSpySE program and select Backup List on the left menu.
- Click on the Logs button.
- Right Click on the latest XoftSpySE log and then click Send To > Desktop (create shortcut)
- Log into your regular email account, type in all the details of your problem, attach your XoftSpySE log from your desktop (labeled Shortcut to XoftSpySE log) and send the email to ad.post@gmail.com
