Click Start => Program => Xilisoft => Xilisoft IPod Video Converter Wizard, then the wizard window will pop up. Or Just click the quick start in desktop. then click next

Xilisoft IPod Video Converter supports duration selecting. here, you can set start point and end point if you don't want to convert whole video movie, then Xilisoft IPod Video Converter will convert from start point to end point. if you need to convert whole movie, just ignor this step, and click next to step 4
Note: Duration selecting is not available for unregistered user. |

| Specify an file to save output file or just follow default. The default is C:\Temp. Rename the output file if you need or just keep it same to original file. then click next |

| In this step, Xilisoft IPod Video Converter will show you all of your setting about converting. if you want to convert more than one file just click "add", then go back to step 1. you can also choose to overwrite the original file or rename it automatically. |
