    How to change the Windows Security Screen Title Bar?

    The following are the detailed steps to change the Windows Security Screen Title Bar.

    1. Click the Start button, and then click Run.

    2. In the Open box, type "regedit" (without the quotation marks), and then click OK.

    3. In Registry Editor, locate the following registry key:
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
      \ Welcome

    4. This REG_SZ data type will display a custom string on the title bar of the Windows Security Screen that you see when you invoke the Ctrl+Alt+Del keystroke. (Windows NT/2000)

    About Title Bar
    In computing, the title bar (or titlebar) consists of that part of a window where the title of the window appears. Most graphical operating systems and window managers position the title bar at the top of the application window as a horizontal bar.
