"Windows Update" Service is disabled or not set to Automatic as Startup Type
"Windows Modules Installer" Service is not set to manual as Startup type.

Step 1: Click Start button, type "admin" in the start search box, and click on Administrative Tools.
Step 2: Double-click
Services. Then right-click the
Windows Update service, and then click
Properties.
Step 3: Under the General tab, next to Startup type, make sure that
Automatic is selected.
Step 4: Next to Service status, check to see if the service is started. If it is not, click Start. If you are prompted for an
administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Step 5: Similarly, set the "Windows Modules Installer" service startup type as "manual".
