Once I've evaluated a program and decided to write about it, I need something to write with. Just about everything I write is done in a "text editor". Then, if it needs fancy formatting I just paste the text into Word and format it. I once had a client comment on a Word document I'd sent them and say that the statistics showed I'd only worked on it for 43 minutes. In Word, yes, but I wrote the document in NoteTab Pro, by Fookes Software. NoteTab is an excellent HTML and text editor that's won many awards. It's loaded with features and functions, so many that I couldn't begin to cover them all here. The interface is intuitive, so both new and experienced users will find it useful.

NoteTab Pro gives you all the tools you need to do a great job. It can load large files, do HTML code, spell check what you write, gives you a thesaurus to find new words, and more. You can create bookmarks, change cases, create powerful "clips", and its "tabbed" interface lets you have multiple documents open at one time. I have "clips" that help me to easily insert things that I use often while writing Picks. This is another program that you really need to try for yourself. Give it a try!
