NEW! Graph Tab
The graph tab in the MySpeed tabs shows how the connection speed varied during the download test, the higher the download speed, the better, but a good connection will also demonstrate very little fluctuation in download speeds. The graph also displays the TCP gaps, which is the time delay between data packets. A good connection will have a low TCP gap and demonstrate very little fluctuation in the TCP gap values.
Socket-to-socket testing option provides increased accuracy for high-speed networks
Socket-to-socket testing provides the most accurate speed tests available particularly on high speed networks of 100Mbit or more. The difference in accuracy levels is due to a difference in the levels of the OSI model where they operate. A direct socket-to-socket connection uses TCP which works at the lower transport layer. A HTTP connection uses a browser which works at the application layer and is subject to factors such as browser caches and proxies that can affect results.

Easily view speed test diagnostics for your customers, results are logged in a repository for web-based access, useful for help desk environments and troubleshooting network issues. Reporting options include filter and search options, line graph views and data export. New report detail option displays a download speed graph, TCP Gap graph, and VoIP Quality graph. Session ID reporting facilitates customer support
Optional Session ID enables easy identification and tracking of end-user speed test results, includes capability to pass an authenticated string to the MySpeed web page for the Session ID.
Advanced Statistics Tab
The Advanced Statistics report tab in the MySpeed Server applet provides a summary results for each speed test, along with more detailed statistics including the download and upload test types (HTTP or socket), the average download pause, minimum and average round trip time.

MySpeed Server includes a self-contained web server for easy install & go implementation. You can also use a third party web server such as Apache and IIS for the front-end web server. Includes Windows service support.
