This program originally developed when one of my clients wanted to specify the title, description, and keywords for each page on his site. Rather than having him edit the actual HTML pages, he created the tags using Meta Carpenter and sent me the .mcd files.

Meta Carpenter can be used by anyone who is tired of or doesn't know the META tag syntax. The meta tag information can be saved in meta data files (.mcd) which can be opened later on for editing.
