Now they can concentrate on making sure the design looks nice, but instead of having to hand code stylesheets, a range of easy to use editors are available to speed things up.
Because CSS Wizard only allows people to modify the main elements of the page design there is less risk of beginners making changes that corrupt the layout. This may limit advanced users in some areas but by completing the vast majority of the work very quickly, those who know how will have plenty more time to concentrate on the fine detail later.
