Usage:
csv2xml [-A]
Where:
csv-file : the source csv file to be converted.
xml-file : the target xml file to be created.
main-tag-name : the name of the main tag in xml file.
tag-name : the name of every tag in xml file
-A : the option to convert csv as xml attributes

This tool converts csv fields in two modes element mode (default) and attribute mode (-A argument).

The first line in the csv file should be the line containing field names.
