Automatic Phone Dialling for FrontRange/Goldmine
Simply activate " VOIP Phone Buddy" for Skype from within FrontRange CRM formally known as Goldmine CRM , by using the Hot Keys. Phone buddy for Skype will then display the Goldmine Primary contact phone numbers for selection. Simply click on desired phone number to automatically dial phone from within the current Goldmine CRM Contact. To automatically dial Goldmine additional contacts, simple open contact and then move cursor to phone number, then active " VOIP Phone Buddy" for Skype with Hot key, and dial using Skype.
Automatic Phone Dialling for Sage ACT
Simply activate from within Sage ACT CRM , by using the Hot Keys. Phone buddy for SKYPE will then display the ACT contact phone numbers for selection . Simply click on desired phone number to automatically dial phone from within the current ACT CRM Contact.
Automatic Phone Dialling for Microsoft CRM
To automatically phone from within Microsoft CRM contact , click the cursor on the desired phone number, then activate "Phone Buddy" for SKYPE using the Hot Keys. Phone buddy for SKYPE will then display the Microsoft CRM contact phone number . If the country code is missing within Microsoft CRM then simply select country from you favorite country. Then press Dial button to automatically phone the contact phone number taken from Microsoft CRM contact .
Automatic Phone Dialling for Microsoft Access
To automatically phone from within Microsoft Access bespoke database , click the cursor on the desired phone number, then activate using the Hot Keys. Phone buddy for SKYPE will then display the Microsoft Access contact phone number . If the country code is missing within Microsoft Access bespoke database then simply select country from you favorite country. Then press Dial button to phone the contact phone number taken from Microsoft Access .

| Simply download the install program and run. Accept all defaults then follow the following: |
| STEP one:
Select Home Country -
Select the country you call the most, usually the country you live in: |
| STEP two:
Select Favorite Countries - Select the countries you call frequently, but don't select too many, about 8 is the optimal number. |
| STEP three:
Jajah Phone Buddy Call Window -
To use Jajah Phone Buddy you must have a Jajah account and have logged in with " Remember me on this computer " ticked. Click here to get a account. |
STEP four:
Quick List -
A phone quick list can be created by clicking on the [Quick List] menu and pressing edit.
