WinTopMost Site License

WinTopMost Site License can Keep users from closing a program, putting applications in front of all other. WinTopMost disables close buttons for selected applications. For example, when a clean logout is required, the site license lets you install it in as many computers as needed in a company site.
Can put topmost automatically any window and/or disable its X close button (window's top right corner).
