You can change your Prodouct Key for the following versions of Windows: Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP (Home & Pro WITHOUT SP2). Microsoft Office 2003 can have its product key changed either by using the "export/inport methord" or by following these instructions here (recommended).
The Product Key Recovery software also comes with a useful feature that allows you in a click of a button to have all of your recovered product keys saved to a .txt file.
Also using this software you can change your Windows Product Key, you may wish to do this if your currenct product key is illegal and you wish to change it into a legal one to receive Windows Updates etc
