There are two ?Tray Folder? programs. One is? (Hidden)Tray Folder. The other one is? (Documents)Tray Folder. If you purchase either of these programs, you will receive both of them.
About the only difference between these two programs is the location of the user?s password protected and private folder. In the (Hidden)Tray Folder program your private folder is located in the ?Application Data? folder under your user profile. In the (Documents)Tray Folder program your private folder is located in the ?My Documents? folder under your user profile. The password protected folder is accessible through a tray icon.
You can completely hide your personal files and folders. You can cycle the security and put the folder in the unprotected mode, or, in the protected mode. In the protected mode your personal files and folders are encoded to a file. Login to decode and open your personal files and folders.
Start the program and an icon will appear in your tray displaying the date. Right-click the tray icon and you will see a selection for your 'Launcher' tray folder. Put anything in your launcher tray folder you want. No advertisement trying to sell you things that you do not want or need. But, it will quickly and easily launch the programs, files, and/or folders you keep in it. The launcher tray folder is located under your profile on the computer and adopts you profile's name. For instance, my launcher tray folder is named... John's Tray Folder.
Another tray folder, your secure tray folder, is a password protected folder. You create your password. Your secure tray folder is accessible through the tray icon only when you want it to be accessible. Put your personal files and folders in your secure tray folder to protect them. There is a 'Backup' feature and also a 'File Encryption' feature included. Protect information. Use your secure tray folder for a directory, if you like, and put other folders in it. You have the option to auto start Tray Folder when your computer starts. A "Titlebar Time" feature will display the date and/or time in the active window's title bar. You could hide an elephant in your hidden/secure tray folder and no one would see that elephant again unless you wanted them to. The program will keep the 'personal' aspect in your personal computer.
