Pros:
SPAMfighter Pro is simple and easy to use, has a nice interface and integrates nicely with Outlook, and it is quite successful in cutting down spam.

It's impossible to find out why a message was filtered or what reporting it really reports, and it doesn't work with IMAP accounts.
