In many home and business environments you may need to make sure your PC is secure when you leave it. Of course, that means putting in a secure password every, single, time. Or does it? Well, not if you start using Rohos Logon Key a cool product for both Windows and Mac.

I've tested out both the Mac and Windows version of the program and it works beautifully. You can use a much stronger password because you don't have to remember it and you could't have to type it in. The program makes your USB drive into a key that let's you access your computer with ease. Then, when it's time to go to lunch or otherwise leave your desk, just remove the USB drive from you computer. Viola! Your machine is locked. In testing out the program it was intuitive and easy-to-use, perfect for both new and experienced users. I also like the fact that no one can duplicate your USB drive to get your key because the the key is associated to the serial number of your USB drive. Slick. Another cool feature is that you can use your USB "key" to log in and out of multiple computers. That's a handy feature. In addition, if you wish, you can actually restrict how long each user has access to the machine from within Rohos Logon Key. So, if you allow an hour when that hour is up the program automatically logs them off. The program is simply loaded with features and functions that really keep you protected. For example, the "key" can't be bypassed by booting into Safe Mode in Windows. There's also support for Novell Client login. Rohos Logon Key utilizes both the USB key and a PIN so you're doubly protected.

Rohos Logon Key is a safe, secure, and convenient way to log in and out of your machines. The program can be used with "Remote Desktop" and it also supports a wide range of authentication services in Windows. You can even toggle support for passwords that expire. The program is full-featured and easy-to-use. So, if you're looking for a way to streamline the login process, while keeping it totally secure, Rohos Logon Key may be just what you're looking for.
