Peter's Flexible Renaming Kit, by Peter Frankenbergeris a really slick utility for renaming files. The program is very intuitive and easy-to-use and I think it's perfect for users with al llevels of experience. You might wonder why you'd need a special tool just to rename files, but this baby does some very cool things. I really like how flexible the program is. It pretty much let me decide how I wanted to rename a large number of picture files. You know, those files that come off your digital camera with names like IMG_00194.JPG? Handled those with no sweat.
Peter's Flexible Renaming Kit, which is also called PFrankis designed so you can rename large numbers of file in one pass.I tried for awhile to come up with a renaming scheme that the program couldn't handle and was unsuccessful. The program lets you lay out how you want to rename a group of files, lets you preview the results, and then all you have to do is click! After renaming photos I moved over to music files and found that PFrank could also use "meta" data from the image and audio files. That gives you lots of ways to rename your files in a unique way. Slick.

PFrank, also known as Peter's Flexible Renaming Kit, really is a full-featured and flexible tool for renaming files. The program makes it easy to rename large numbers of files with just a few mouse clicks. So, if you'd like a way to quickly and easily rename photos, music, videos, and more, this is the program you're looking for.Give it a try, I recommend it!
