Strength:
It's a considerate design for Adobe PDF users to decrypt the lost PDF passwords. The operation is easy.

Weakness:
It's not friendly to users at all. The trial version often shows the limitations which makes one feel uncomfortable.

Benefits:
I believe that most PC users set passwords to their important files, data and folders, and the passwords sometimes would become headache as we couldn't remember them when we need to open a secure file.

Fortunately we have these password recovery tools to help us out when facing such embarrassing conditions.

Why we choose this tool to remove PDF passwords? Because it's an easy to use program, which can be used to decrypt protected Adobe Acrobat PDF files, that is, it could decrypt "Owner" passwords to prevent the files from editing, printing, selecting text and graphics and the like.

Do not worry about the decrypted ones, for they could be recognized by any PDF viewer (such as Adobe PDF Reader).

The decrypted speed of this tool is fast, within several seconds, a protected PDF file could be done successfully.

You could directly drag and drop PDF files because it supports you to do that.

There are two ways to decrypt protected PDF files, you could use it directly or input command through command line.

Setup:
It takes only a few seconds to install this tool; as we have tested that there isn't any malicious ware bundled with it, you could install PDF Password Remover immediately.

Should you decide to remove this tool, it does provide you an uninstall button. What you need do is click it and the whole program will be deleted.

Interface:
As a utility, the interface of it cannot be described as a pretty one. It is mainly in gray and it impressed me of its serious style.

Decrypt protected PDF files

Each button is easy to recognize the function, while some functions are not suitable for a beginner to use.

System Requirements:

It is compatible with Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT, XP and Vista. The RAM requires at least 32MB and 64MB is recommended. You should leave 2MB to store it (1.73MB free space is taken by this tool). All the requirements are easy to meet and there's nothing incompatible of it.

Conclusion:
The limitations of this tool seem to be more than its same category tools of its trial version; while the operations are not very difficult. It's suggested that a separate Help file be created for users to read.

It performs nice to decrypt the protected PDF files in our tests; yet a novice would feel a little confused to utilize it at first time.

It provides advanced users another way to recover their PDF passwords by command line; and online manual is quite elaborate to understand.
