It makes easier to access your websites, email, standalone applications, instant messengers etc. You can easily store all your passwords and encrypt them in a secure way.
The program can generate passwords (full random or mnemonic), calculates their strengths and permit you to select quickly usernames, keys and put them in your favorite applications. You can do automatic backups of your password database and generate hardware PassKey files.
By a PassKey you can make access to PassLocker repository by a file that can be hardware dependent (to use with USB flash drives or other removable devices). In addition, you have the possibility to Import/Export the repository from/to several file types (txt,csv,xml).
Plus Edition, other than these features, includes an excellent web form filler to catch and fill-in automatically your web login accounts, flash drive portability and the AES support making it a very complete password manager: the "non plus ultra" of security.
INTERNET EXPLORER AUTOFILLER
PassLocker Plus helps you when you want to login in your email accounts or other web sites where there is a login form, filling automatically your usernames and passwords fields. A IE addin is added to your browser that can safely communicate with PassLocker program: addin can catch automatically login pages capturing your login data adding they to your repository: hereafter to access to your web login forms, you don't need neither to copy and paste usernames and passwords!
USB MEMORIES/REMOVABLE DEVICES PORTABILITY
You can install PassLocker Plus on a USB memory or removable device: in this way you can carry with you your personal repository with the program together. PassLocker Plus runs directly from USB flash drive, no need to install on client computer so you can use it in any public terminal, without leaving traces on the host machine.
AES ENCRYPTION
With PassLocker Plus you can ever choose if you want encrypt your data with TripleDES algorithm that uses a 128-bit access key or AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) that uses a 256-bit key. AES is one of the most secure encryption alghoritms and it is adopted as the new encryption standard in the United States of America.
