Usually, the company's local area network has a server, which runs special software for managing flows of the employees' electronic messages.
That software (Mail Server) collects all messages, gets rid of SPAM, deletes viruses, distributes messages to mailboxes and then delivers them to recipients.

By analyzing these log files, Mail Access Monitor allows you to quickly and easily generate reports on who has sent how many messages, to whom, and when, and what overall mail traffic that activity has generated.
