Copernic Desktop Search, by Copernic, Inc. is a program I used when it first came out. Over time it's gotten progressively better and better. It's intuitive, easy-to-use, and perfect for users with all levels of experience. You can use Copernic Desktop Search to quickly search your PC for documents, emails, spreadsheets, and so much more. In testing it out this time around I was impressed with how fast it is. Like many other search programs Copernic Desktop Search creates an index which allows to find things very quickly. What's really cool is that when you add files or update existing files the index is updated as well. Copernic Desktop Search also has categories which automatically narrows down many searches. For example, say you're looking for an email. Instead of searching through everything you can just select the email category and search through that. With categories for pictures, videos, music, and more, you get really fast searches that provide you with exactly the information you're looking for. Copernic Desktop Search also has a deskbar that can reside in the Taskbar. This lets you perform a search quickly and easily. The program has quite a few configurable options so you can make it work the way you want it too. So, if you need a desktop search solution, this may be just what you need. Give it a try, I recommend it.
