Convert SWF to AVI:
1. [Open] the shockwave flash file
2. Change output setting (before AVI recording!)
3. Click [Start AVI Recording] to begin converting. Or you can convert just a part of flash: click [Play], wait... then [Start AVI Recording], wait... then [Stop GIF Recording]
4. When the convertion is finished click [Preview AVI] to see result
5. Click [Save AVI to File] to output video to hard drive.
