Steps to Kill processes:

1. Use the combination of CTRL+ALT+DEL to open the Windows Task Manager.
2. Select the process that you want to delete and click on the "End Process" button to kill it.
3. Remove the related files:
intranet.exe, pramery.exe

Steps to Delete files:

1. Go to Start > Run > type "cmd" and then click the "OK" button to open the Windows Command Prompt.
2. Type in "dir /[name_folder]", then will display the folder's content even the hidden files.
3. To change directory, type in "cd [folder_name]".
4. Type in "del [file_name]" to delete a file in folder.
5. Type in "rmdir /S [folder_name]" to delete entire folder.
