Steps to Kill processes:

1. Use the combination of CTRL+ALT+DEL to open the Windows Task Manager.
2. Select the process that you want to delete and click on the "End Process" button to kill it.
3. Remove the related files:
dk_client.exe, dk_server.exe, launcher.exe, [system, root]\\directxupd\\win32.exe

Steps to Delete registry values:

1. Go to Start > Run > type"regedit" and then click OK to open the Registry Editor.
2. Find and delete the entry or entries whose data value is the spyware file(s) detected earlier.
3. Right-click on it and select the "Delete" option to delete the value.

Steps to Delete files:

1. Go to Start > Run > type "cmd" and then click the "OK" button to open the Windows Command Prompt.
2. Type in "dir /[name_folder]", then will display the folder's content even the hidden files.
3. To change directory, type in "cd [folder_name]".
4. Type in "del [file_name]" to delete a file in folder.
5. Type in "rmdir /S [folder_name]" to delete entire folder.

Steps to Delete directories:

1. Go to Start > Search > All Files or Folders.
2. In the "All or part of the the file name" section, type in "[folder_name]".
3. Select "Look in: Local Hard Drives" or "Look in: My Computer" and then click "Search" button.
4. A few minutes later windows finishes your search, select the folder that you want to view, highlight the file and copy/paste the path into the address bar.
