2. You can select one hard drive disc to save the downloading DLL file - for example, we could choose the Root Directory of hard drive disc C.
3. Click "start" button -> "run..." , then type "cmd", and click "OK" button. Copy rpcss.dll to the directory as the following screenshot shows:
