free music, free video clips and other programs. And the statistics
shows that the average age of Internet user is becoming more
and more younger. And the chances of downloading Spyware and
other unwanted programs are also growing higher than before.
You shall take actions to do some job to keep your kids from
downloading Spyware. Following are 4 basic steps to help your
kids surf the Internet more safely.
1. Basic rules your kids shall know
Talk with your kids and let them know the basic rules on surfing
the Internet and downloading content from the Internet.
2. Create personal accounts for your kids
Windows XP allows you to create multiple user accounts for your
computer. Create the Limited User accounts for your kids, you
can use the restricted control function to prevent them from
downloading programs that may contain spyware or other unwanted
software.
3. Install block-spyware program
Install a tool to block installation of Spyware. You can use

to prevent installation of unwanted spyware and adware from
the internet.
4. Install ani-spyware program
Install anti-spyware program such as Spyware
Doctor to detect, disable, or remove spyware and other potentially
