MSN 2009: is it a bug not to let me in?

After using MSN 2009 Beta version for a long time, the stardard version of MSN 2009 has been released recently. Have you updated your MSN now?

As the most popular chat tool, MSN (also called "Windows Live Messenger") 2009 perfectly satisfy our pursuit of Vista Aero theme and it is lightweight as the previous versions without using much resource. With these reasons, why not update the latest version?

Some days ago, I met a strange phenomenon when launching this widget - there was an error warning: fail to login Windows Live Messenger! Temporarily the server cannot use, please try later! Error Code: 80004002 I was not surprised as my net connection would be poor sometimes. But the same error happened and happened more frequently even if the net connection ran perfectly. Why did it happen on earth?

1. When encountering the above phenomenon, please check your net connection as the error shows.
2. The Connection is OK? Then you should check the download folder and installation file of Windows Live Messenger 2009 - is there a file named Windows Live Communications Platform?
3. If you cannot find that file, please download Windows Live Messenger 2009 Final suite.
4. This download file contains Windows Live Communications Platform, and application error reporting.
