| Step1. Choose Windows Password Recovery for Windows Vista (32Bit). Select Recover the password (Step1). |

| Step2. Select the Windows installation path, and then select the user name and type the new password you want. And then click Next. |

Step3: After you click Yes, the computer will boot. The computer will restart twice in total during the process. However, if it fails to reboot, or still hangs, you can try the following steps: |
| 1. Insert the Password Genius CD, and press Restart button on your computer. |
