Because Windows default settings are not optimized for accessing the Internet with a modem, SpeedConnect speeds up and enhances all your Internet-related software by adjusting and optimizing your computer for a better connection. This translates into faster web browsing, faster e-mail, quicker downloads, and improved overall Internet performance.
SpeedConnect changes TCP/IP Windows default settings which are generally inefficient for dial up Internet connections to optimum values which will prevent the fragmentation of data packets and will speed up your connection.
