Q: Why do I get a "Setup Launcher" error after I have updated SPAMfighter?
In case you're receiving a "Setup Launcher" error after updating SPAMfighter, simply close the window by selecting "Don't send". Even though the message indicates otherwise SPAMfighter is installed correctly.
Q: Does SPAMfighter Pro work with an Exchange account?
Yes, but when you're using an Exchange Account you will receive emails while Outlook is closed which SPAMfighter doesn't scan.
We suggest you to setup SPAMfighter to check your inbox and/or other folders when you open Outlook.
To do this please follow this guide:
Go to: "More" -> "Options" -> "Client Setting" -> "Outlook 2000/2002/2003" -> "Open" under 'Auto rescan' -> "Add" your inbox/folders -> Click on "OK"
This feature will not work in "Cached Exchange Mode"

Q: I have uninstalled SPAMfighter but get an sfoltool.dll error every time I open Outlook, why?
Please try this in Outlook, go to: Tools -> Options -> Other -> Advanced Options -> Add-In Manager. Remove the checkmark from "Redemption Helper Outlook Extension" and click "OK". Restart Outlook and the problem should be fixed.
Q: Can I get SPAMfighter to put the spam in another folder??
Sure you can.
Just go to "More" -> "Options" -> "Client Settings" -> "Outlook 2000/2002/2003" and "Select" your new spam folder
Q: SPAMfighter doesn't remove spam in my Exchange Account, why?
If you're using SPAMfighter on an Exchange Account with Cached Exchange ModeThis feature will not work in "Cached Exchange Mode"

Q: Where is the SPAMfighter folder that is storing my spam mails?
Your SPAMfighter folder is visible in the left panel under "Personal Folders".
In Outlook, go to your panel and select "View" and activate "Folder list".
You should now be able to find the SPAMfighter folder.

Q: SPAMfighter will not uninstall, why?
The easiest way to remove SPAMfighter is to use the Add/Remove Programs tool in the Windows Control Panel. You can find the Add/Remove Program by following these steps:
Open the Start Menu > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. Choose SPAMfighter and click Remove.
OR
Open the Start Menu > Programs > SPAMfighter. Run "Installation" and choose "Remove"
It is always a good idea to deactivate your anti-virus software while uninstalling SPAMfighter.
If that fails, please try this:
* Download this file and save it on your computer.
* Close Outlook
* Deactivate your anti-virus product
* Run the program Remove.exe.
* Delete the SPAMfighter folder from c:\program files\
* Reboot
* If you want, download the new SPAMfighter here.

Q: I get a warning: "Another program is trying to access my address book" why is that?
You have probably installed XP Service Pack 3 for Office 2002/Office XP
* Go to Start > Programs > SPAMfighter
* Run "Installation" and choose "Repair"
Close and reopen Outlook and everything should be back to normal.

Q: Why does the "New Mail" icon appear when I have only received spam?

Q: Why is there only room for 100 Blacklisted/Whitelisted addresses?
