An application that will create FLV Flash Video encoded from virtually any video format. Turbine Video Engine SDK creates FLV Flash Video encoded from virtually any video format.
TVE SDK may be used in server applications to automatically convert uploaded video to FLV, or it can be used to build FLV Flash video conversion into multimedia applications.
