    What's New in This Release:

    Aptana menu:
  • This new top level menu contains most Aptana-specific menu choices, moved from the Help menu except for About Aptana Studio, which remains on Help by convention, and a few duplicates left for convenience.

    SSH:
  • Launcher is now available on the toolbars for the Project, File and Server views for simple access to the command line of your Aptana Cloud sites. On Windows a copy of [www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/ Putty] is bundled and used, on Linux and OS X the OS's terminal application is used.

    SmartSync:
  • Existing permissions are retained when a file or folder is updated
  • Default permissions can be set on the Aptana -> Permissions preference panel
  • Folders and files can be synced, not just the entire project
