ActiveSplash - Create amazing skinned Splash Forms, Form Transition effects and Splash Screens ActiveSplash is an easy-to-use ActiveX control that will enable you to create wonderful skinned Splash Forms, Splash Screens and Form Transition effects, using all the power of its advanced rendering engine.

The ActiveSplash component is intended for use with:

- Microsoft Visual Basic 4-6
- Microsoft Visual C++ 5-6
- Inprise/Borland Delphi 2-5
- Inprise/Borland C++ Builder 3-4

  • Create great-looking splash screens, splash forms or form transitions in no time at all.
  • The unique SplashForm feature enables you to "skin" your conventional dialog-based forms using all the power of ActiveSplash's rendering engine.
  • Form transition effects enables you to show your forms, or even single controls, without any additional graphics required.
  • Up to 11 transitions combined with 16 directional modifiers produce hundreds of unique great-looking fade-in and fade-out transition effects
  • 6 background filters makes it possible to stylize your background.
  • Advanced hue settings adjust the splash screen to match the background color scheme, in both manual and automatic mode.
  • Built-in skinning capabilities enable you to use Splash/SplashForm skins in you applications
  • Two supported file formats: plain .INI files and compressed .SPL files that can be built directly into your executable.
  • Great performance optimizations and low memory consumption makes ActiveSplash well-suited for any computer system.
  • ActiveSplash lets you use soft shadows, glows and transparent areas in your splashes.
  • ActiveSplash does not require Windows 2000; it works just as well on Windows 9x and NT systems.
