Active Script for Delphi Standard

ActiveScript for Delphi its a library which makes work with script languages like VBScript and JavaScript in Delphi applications easy and transparent. It provides next functionality:

• Native Delphi code for loading and executing script code, passing parameters to script
• Delphi object can be passed as parameter
• Accessing Delphi objects from script code is thread safe
• Any property or method of Delphi object can be accessed from script code
• Additional methods or properties (accessible from script only) can be created for any class even if you have not source code of this class. For example: TFont.Bold, TFont.Italic
• Any Delphi object can be permanently added to script engine that any script function can access it by name without need to pass this object as function parameter
• It is easy to create new namespace or extend script engine global namespace by own functions and properties
• Any Delphi function or variable can be accessed from script code

ActiveScript for Delphi uses Microsoft Active Scripting directly, so there is no need to install Microsoft Script Control.

Source code is compatible and tested with Delphi 4, Delphi 5, Delphi 6, Delphi 7, Delphi 2005 and Delphi 2006.
