Access2Crystal is a software product that is designed to simplify the process of converting Microsoft Access reports into similar Crystal reports.
Access2Crystal Main Features:
New!
1. Formulas that are not converted properly are transferred to the Crystal report and are remarked out so that the developer can work on the problem from within Crystal Reports.
2. A2C now handles input parameters for stored procedures. A lot of developers using Access 2000/XP/2003 and SQL Server will appreciate this feature. Will not convert Form references.
Use converted reports in .NET
Field Types:
- Labels, Text boxes, Page Breaks
- Lines, Images, Rectangles
- Subreports
- Bound object frames
Will convert subreports with separate data sources.
Standard formulas like:
- Date, Now
- PageCount, PageNumber, IsNull
- Sum, Avg, Min, Max
multiple grouping levels (header/footer)
Page Header, Page Footer
Report Header, Report Footer
Preview Converted Reports
Page Orientation (Portrait, Landscape)
Database Types:
- Native Access Databases, linked or contained within application database
- will convert linked ODBC tables to SQL Server
- Will convert reports in Microsoft Access Data Projects ( SQL Server )
- Support for ORACLE ( Coming soon!)
- Will convert database references, now includes ODBC support!
