Select the source file from the list that appears when you click the button. The list contains all files that have been once scanned with Recovery Toolbox for Excel |
Browse for the necessary file using Windows Explorer (click the button to open it) |

| Step2. Recover information from the damaged Microsoft Excel worksheet |

| In this step, you will see a message " Do you wish to start recovery?", click Yes to start recovery. The program will start scanning the damaged files and recovering the information. |

| Step3. Preview the details of Excel worksheet before exporting it |
| After scanning, the program will display what information extracted. The data will be shown as as a table and looks like a Microsoft Excel worksheet, but the font in the cells is unformatted. The information come from the source Excel file, but the formatting isn't preserved. The user can scroll large workbooks vertically or horizontally and switch between worksheets. |

| Step4. Export recovered information to a new Microsoft Excel worksheet |
| Click the button "Start Recovery" to export recovered information to Microsoft Excel. The worksheet cells will have the same formatting (cell size, fonts, etc.) as the source file had. After the recovered data is exported, the user can work with it or save the information to another file. |
