How Outlook Express work with PackPal Bulk Email Server

Start the Outlook Express. Click the menu 'Tools', and then select 'Accounts'.

Then in 'Internet Accounts' , select 'Mail'. Then choose one account and then click 'Properties' (highlighted in red circle).

Select 'Servers', here what you need to do is just to change the 'Outgoing mail(SMTP)' to 127.0.0.1
If you select 'my server requires authentication', you should input the corresponding username and password with Run Settings in PackPal Bulk Email Server.
