MedeFile International on Monday announced that its users can now access their personal medical records using the iPhone. MedeFile specializes in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) management.
MedeFile offers subscription-based access to your own personal medical records, whenever you might need them. It gathers and digitizes your records so you can keep a comprehensive record of all your medical visits. Unlike many EMR systems that are focused on doctor's offices or hospitals, MedeFile provides you, the patient, with access to your records whenever you need them.
In addition to providing you with access to your records over a secure Internet connection using either a computer or an iPhone, you can also keep your medical records and emergency information on a MedeDrive — a USB thumbdrive that contains all of the information.
