WinStructor

WinStructor is a screen-capture application that can capture sections of the computer screen at regular intervals and save the picture sequence in AVI, FLI, FLC, JPG, and BMP formats. While capturing the actions on screen it can also record your spoken instructions from a microphone, which makes it ideal for producing instructional videos.
