Pros:
Easy to use--user - friendly operation could comfort a beginner to a large extent. The selections are also very considerate, which provide users many ways to convert PowerPoint into different formats: screensaver, flash and the like.

Cons:
The tool still needs improvements as it would lose images when converting.

Benefits:
When I finished installing PowerPoint to Flash Converter, it would launch automatically and let users find a PowerPoint resource at first. This step makes me very satisfied as it is a considerate design for beginners to quickly get familiar with this tool.

Make sure that it is a build - in widget, when we launch it, we should find it in PPT files. You could find several selections: convert a PPT file (several pages) into one page flash or the same pages as the original file; you could add sound effect before starting conversion.

You could even create the PowerPoint files to screensavers. Surprise or not, when I saw the converted screensavers, I was amazed as the works are pretty nice. During the screensavers showed, I also recalled the time, the purpose, and the results of my PowerPoint files. It brought me lots of memorable things. Don't you want to recall your creation process of these PowerPoint files?

This tool could help us make PowerPoint files to be published as web pages, auto-run CDs, and executable files. For surf Internet Lovers, it must be a new way for recreation.

Setup:
Users may wait for only a few seconds to install this program; it's a clean tool, for there is no adware, spyware and malware combined with it. When finishing installation, the tool would launch automatically.

Should you decide to remove PowerPoint to Flash Converter, there is no uninstall icon available (it appears as an add-in helper of PowerPoint). Therefore you should launch "Control Panel" and find the proper program; then click "Add or Remove" to delete it.

Interface:
As a build - in helper, it does not have a separate interface for users. When you launch Microsoft PowerPoint, you could find it - click it and there will be the selected dialog. To my surprise, there are several choices to make, instead one. The dialog is also very friendly.

System Requirements
PowerPoint to Flash Converter is compatible with Windows 98 and XP (ME and higher version is supported as well). Let's see the recommended requirements: Windows XP, Microsoft PowerPoint 2003, 256MB RAM, and 512MB free space. These requirements are easy to meet, let alone the minimal ones; for a moderate computer's configurations are far beyond the recommended ones.

Conclusion
It's another easy-to-use program for converting PPT to SWF. Although it is a build - in tool, yet it is powerful enough. Users could convert their PowerPoint files into a single Flash file or separate flash files, or make screensaver through it.
The pity of this tool is losing - picture bug. I expect a revisal version which could improve it, thus the product would be more popular than ever.
