ImageContext

ImageContext is an Explorer extension, therefore it is always ready and available to use. ImageContex by itself can convert a standard open file dialog or the explorer into a full blow image viewer!ImageContext conveniently lets you do many useful things with images, all without having to leave Explorer and start a separate application

ImageContext installs into Windows Explorer. There are several different areas in Windows where ImageContext can be used:

Explorer windows

Third party applications that display the standard Windows context menus

My Computer windows

Open/Save as dialog boxes

Find Files result windows

You can access ImageContext by just right clicking on any image file in one of the above programs.

To access ImageContext features, simply highlight an image file and click on it with the alternate (right) mouse button. If you have a Microsoft keyboard, you can also press the Menu key.

ImageContext also includes in the popup menu functionality to quickly Copy images to the clipboard and to Print images.

Thumbnails:When you click on a file with the secondary mouse button in Explorer, My Computer, Find Files results, or File | Open/Save windows, you will get a pop-up menu, or context menu. ImageContext will examine the file you clicked on, and if it is an image, it will insert a thumbnail of the image into the menu.

Image Display:If you select the thumbnail image in the context menu, ImageContext will open the image full-size in a new window of IC Viewer. You can zoom the image in and out, and scroll images that are larger than the screen size. Additionally, you can configure ImageContext to open the images in any image viewer you select.

ImageContext Viewer (IC Viewer):IC Viewer is a small application designed to support ImageContext. From IC Viewer you can configure ImageContext and you can Zoom, Copy and Print images. IC Viewer was designed to provide the features that are essential in an image viewer. Using IC Viewer you can convert images between the supported image formats
