Codec pack comprising Elecard components for encoding, multiplexing, and archiving media data for further DVD creation, broadcasting, use in video on demand services. Directshow compatible dvd encoder.
Elecard MPEG-2 Encoder Std Main Features:
Software-only MPEG-2 (ISO/IEC 13818-2) and MPEG-1 (ISO/IEC 11172-2) encoding (adjustable with preset selection).
Selectable profiles and levels up to â€High Profile @ High Levelâ€, â€4:2:2 Profile @ Main Levelâ€*, and â€4:2:2 Profile @ High Levelâ€*.
Bitrate support up to High Level restriction (80 Mbps).
Configurable bitrate control (VBR, CBR).
Configurable GOP structure (I-, P- and B-frames in different combinations).
Resolutions support up to 4095x4095 for MPEG-1, up to High Level restriction (1920x1152) for MPEG-2, up to 16383x16383 for MPEG-2*.
4:2:0 and 4:2:2* chroma format support (4:2:2 is supported if the input video format is 4:2:2 compatible, i.e. YV16, YUY2, UYVY, RGB24, RGB32).
Configurable motion estimation (quality and search range).
Configurable scene change detection (none, fast, refined).
Configurable closed_gop periodicity.
