Pros: DVD X Player is both easier to use, quicker, and looks a lot better than other DVD players I have experienced.

Cons: When you record DVD into MPEG2 Video, 45 Min is the upper limit.

Benefits:
DVD X Player is a great facility, which is a bug of DVD code protection. You can play all region DVD on all DVD drives, so you don’t need to hack DVD drives to cater for different region codes.
I often enjoy wonderful movies when I am off duty, however, sometimes I have to stop to deal with something important. DVD X Player provides users with the great functions - Auto-resume and Bookmarks, which let us jump right to the last viewed location of DVD. When we get shocked by an amazing scene of the movie, DVD X Player gives us an ability of capture, browse and save the pretty pictures. It also allows us to record our favorite DVD movie into MPEG2 video or MP3 audio file, when we are on a trip, we won’t get our favorite DVD with us, because it is easily wrecked. So, this powerful functions could let us enjoy our favorite movies without destroy the disk.

Set up:
The installation is easy and straightforward, you just follow the navigation, and it could be finished in seconds. There is no adware or spyware combined with this utility, and 14MB is quite enough for the whole program.
This program offers us a quick door to uninstall itself, and uninstall is as easy as the installation. It is so friendly that there will no useless folders or files left in your hard disk.

Interface:
When I first launched this program, I got attracted by its well designed UI, which is different form traditional type – “File”, “Edit”, “Tool”... layout one by one at the left top of the panel. Its interface appears as an MP3 player, the icon of every button show us the function it offers, if you don’t catch it, you could put your mouse over the button; it will appear a detailed tag or find the answer through the built-in Help File.

System Requirements:
DVD X Player is compatible with Windows 98, Windows 98SE, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. It at least requires 64MB RAM, 10 MB available hard disk capacity, and DirectX 8.1 or later. The above configuration is hardly found among today’s PC, since 512MB RAM, 80GB hard disk capacity is on average.

Conclusion:
DVD X Player - Professional Version is a powerful recreational utility, it is truly a good helper if need a DVD player, and high stability definitely improve the quality when you enjoy your movies.
