AutoRun simply makes things easy for your customers and clients. Use AutoRun to create self-starting CD-ROMs that will insure your users have a trouble-free experience.

If you want to deliver your Menu, web site, PDF file, PowerPoint presentation, video, SlideShow, just about anything, on a CD-ROM then AutoRun is the tool you need.

AutoRun Main Features:

Wizards guide you through your Project:AutoRun comes with 2 Wizards that are designed to help get your project started. The Wizards will guide you through the process of creating your first project, explaining everything along the way.

Open any File you want:AutoRun can open any file of any type (EXE, PDF, PPS, HTM, MPG, etc) when your CD is inserted. AutoRun will open your files into their default viewer (e.g. HTML files in Internet Explorer). And if your end user doesn't have the software to view your files? No problem, AutoRun will detect this and install the viewer (see Failsafe Program below). Now you can open Folders and Web Sites as well!

Launch a Menu:Now you can use AutoRun to create and display Menus. Set your menu size, background color, image (transparent images accepted), as well as define up to 25 Buttons per menu. Buttons can launch any file (with all the same power or Target Files - Viewer Settings, Failsafe Program, etc) or exit the menu. You can choose from 3 buttons styles and buttons are automatically spaced and sized for you.

Create a SlideShow:Now you can use AutoRun to create and display your SlideShows. You can specify the window size, background color and music, and use as many images as you like. AutoRun can display almost any image file type, and can even spread your images over the length of your background music.

Internal Viewers:AutoRun now comes with 5 Internal Viewers (including the Menu Viewer). These viewers allow you to control the look and feel of the window as well as the content.

AutoRun Security:Protect your project! Only AutoRun offers 2 levels of protection:
Disk Security: Protect your CD from being used by the wrong people. Select from one of 6 types of Disk Security including Serial Number, Username / Password file, End User License Agreement, and CD Expiry Date.
File Security: Protect the files on your CD. AutoRun will compress and encrypt your project files and only extract them at run-time. This keeps users from browsing your CD and viewing your files.
You can use Disk and File security alone or together for maximum security.

Be protected with the Failsafe Program:AutoRun comes with the unique Failsafe Program feature, which gives you peace of mind knowing that your files can be opened by anyone. The Failsafe Program works with any file type.
Example: You wanted to open a PDF file from your CD but aren't sure that the user has Acrobat installed on their machine.
Solution: Include the installation file for Acrobat as the Failsafe Program. If AutoRun finds that the user can't open PDF files, it will install Acrobat.

Add a Splash Screen:You can display your company or product logo (or any image) as a Splash Screen, which will show when your CD is inserted. You can set the amount of time the Splash Screen is shown, and even play sound in the background.
Now supports most image file types, animated GIF's, MP3 files, and background colors.

Context-based Help System:The right side of most of AutoRun's windows is devoted to our Help System. They serve as a guide, providing pointers and next steps as you create your AutoRun projects. Additionally, Help icons are located throughout AutoRun, which will display Context-based help when pressed.
