Acloon VideoViewer - It's simply amazing what software authors can do with Windows Explorer's right-click menu. What was once a simple way to copy and delete files has now become a semi-substitute for the desktop. A perfect example is Acloon VideoViewer, which practically eliminates the need to run a multimedia player on the desktop. It allows you to enjoy a wide variety of images, audio and video from Explorer. All you have to do is right-click a supported multimedia file, and the program automatically executes. Currently, VideoViewer supports 23 video, nine image and 15 audio formats. Popular media types, such as MP3, QuickTime and JPEG, are all covered.

VideoViewer provides scant playback functionality, because there are no buttons for stopping, forwarding and rewinding the multimedia. However, it's a nice tool if you just want to check out some files and close them quickly when you're done.

VideoViewer is a small and simple application, but it does include a few options for you to choose from. Among them, you can select image/video sizes as well as speeds for relevant animations. You can also select an output device for MIDI. To make sure the program doesn't interfere with an existing player, you can select/deselect files it'll automatically run.
