MailAssistant is an innovative software that reads out email messages and notifies new messages as they arrive. It can be scheduled to check your account at some user-defined interval so that it reads out the abstract of each message in a natural-sounding, human voice. Before you download all email messages from your ISP, you can preview the sender's address, subject, size & the abstract of each message and then delete unwanted messages from the server.
