AccelClip, by Flexigen Softwareis a clipboard extender that was one of my Quick Picks not long ago. Like other clipboard extenders it adds power to the standard Windows clipboard which is very weak indeed. I personally don't know how anyone functions without this kind of program. You can copy or cut text,graphics, and portions of documents and use them over and over. You can easily paste your name, address, or even fill in forms online.

AccelClip lets you create collection of "Favorites" which can be clips that you'll use again and again. The program also lets you edit text clips and graphic clips. Speaking of graphics, the program supports viewing a huge number of graphics file formats including JPG,GIF, TIF, BMP, PNG, EPS, and many, many more. At the same time the program can also view text files, Word documents, and more. The program also has a background mode and bring it to the forefront only when you need it.

AccelClip has numerous other features including changing the case of text you've clipped. The Windows clipboard all by itself is very weak, but with AccelClip you can give it real power and make it extremely useful. Check it out for yourself and see what I mean.
