- Titles and Instructions
a. Quiz title
When you create the new quiz, you're asked to enter the title for the quiz project. The name you specified will be applied here as the title of the quiz which will also be displayed on the final output. You may modify the title here if you want to.
b. Quiz ID
It
is the number you defined for the management in the database or LMS.
c. Instructions
It
can be a short paragraph that describes the subject, content, purpose, or the guide of the quiz. Quiz takers can get the main idea of the quiz efficiently.
d. Check the box before "Display Intro Page" to display the Intro Page before quiz starts. A general Intro Page of quiz shows below,
e. Quiz Image
You may add an image to the intro page. Click the  icon to select an image from your local disc. If you want to delete the added image, just click the  icon.
If you want each quiz taker to fill in his/her name, check Display User Name.
If you allow quiz takers to take quiz without leaving their name, check Allow anonymous user name.
If you want quiz takers to provide their E-mail, check Display User Mail.
If you allow quiz takers to take quiz without leaving their e-mail, check Allow anonymous User Mail.
If you want to collect the User ID (it can be the student number or something else), check Display User ID.
If you allow quiz takers to take quiz without leaving their ID, check Allow anonymous User ID.
The information above can be collected in the quiz result and passed to a web database or emailed to others.

- Password Protection
Specify a password to protect your quiz. Enter a password and confirm it by re-entering. Then every quiz taker will be asked to enter the correct password to be allowed to access to the quiz.
