Player Settings - Player Template

You may customize the layout and the color of certain components of quiz player with QuizCreator.
- Player Layout
Top bar: Check to show the Top bar on your player. The Top bar includes Quiz title, Time, Points, Level and Tool bar:
Quiz title: Whether to display the name of the quiz on the player.
Time: Whether to show a timer on the player to display the remaining time to the quiz taker.
Points: Check to show the points of the current question on the player.
Level: Check to show the difficulty level of the current question on the player.
Tool bar: Check to show the tool bar on your player and edit your tool bar by selecting which buttons you want to show on it. The buttons include Preview, Web data, E-mail, Print, Audio and Author info.
Preview: Check to show the Preview button on your tool bar.
Web data: Check to show the Web data button on your tool bar so the quiz takers can click this button to send the quiz results to a web database.
E-mail: Check to show the E-mail button on your tool bar.
Print: Check to show the Print button on your tool bar.
Audio: Check to show the Audio button on your tool bar.
Outline: Check to show the question list on the right of your player. You can choose to hide or show this list on the player.
Prev button: Check to add a Previous button to your quiz so that each quiz taker can review the questions they have answered after taking your quiz.
Next button: Check to add a Reset button to your quiz so that each quiz taker can retake your quiz by click this Reset button.
- Color
In QuizCreator 1.6 you are allowed to change the color of certain parts of templates.
Background, choose a color for the background.
Bar, choose a color for the info bar.
Correct, choose a color for the correct answers, and the color will also be applied to the question list.
Incorrect, choose a color for the incorrect answers, and the color will also be applied to the question list.
Note: If one passes the quiz, on the result page, the color of the info bar will change to the color you applied for correct answers, vice verse. Only when you choose "Submit one question at a time", you can see the question status in the question list.
